Evette Baker, Vice President of Operations
Evette Baker is the Vice President Operations for SPARKS and Customer
Care Solutions. In this capacity, Ms. Baker directs the organization’s
development in the areas of operations and sales.
Ms. Baker joined SPARKS and Customer Care Solutions in 1999. She is
responsible for operational and strategic leadership of 10 branches,
including operational enhancements, customer satisfaction, new client
relationships and strategic alliances. She facilitates the implementation
of appropriate change management initiatives and reviews current development
programs to ensure adherence to company goals, as well as being responsible
for continually building the company’s stock of human capital
and encouraging employee development.
Prior to joining SPARKS and Customer Care Solutions, Ms. Baker has
acquired more than fifteen years of industry experience. Her experience
lies in the areas of operations, sales, strategic alliances, total turnarounds,
and vendor on-premises. During this time, she was responsible for enabling
organizations to achieve superior quality deployment, exceptional profit
management and a competitive advantage.
Ms. Baker received her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development
from Georgia State University. Ms. Baker is a member of the American
Staffing Association.
