Looking back over the history of SPARKS since its beginnings in 1970, I
know that we are stronger today than ever. We do so much more for our
clients, and as a result, we are better positioned to take advantage of
the opportunities before us.
When asked about our success, I always mention the four basic guiding
principles which define our organization.
Focus - While many companies follow the whims of the moment, we are
steadfast in who we are and who we are not. Everything we do is focused
on the customer and the employee. SPARKS offers higher levels of
service than other companies, and only those clients who recognize and
appreciate this are a good match with us.
Talented People - A strategic vision does not define a company's success
- its people do. At SPARKS a more talented and motivated team yields
exponentially higher results for our clients, field employees, and
therefore the company. SPARKS realized long ago that our most important
assets are the vast knowledge base and drive for success inherent
in our people. We value independent thought and input
from all levels of the organization,

Tactical Delivery - Our Company is unsurpassed with attention to detail
and we can prove it! Our automated Quality Program and established
processes within our business allow us to track and measure our
performance system wide. Over 50 separate items are tracked ranging
from response time to quality assessment calls. Each item we select to
monitor is directly tied to delivering the best possible service to our
customers.
